Competitive Pay: This position offers an hourly wage starting at $25-35/hr, depending on experience and qualifications.
What You'll Do:
- Fit and assemble fluid handling systems and components according to blueprints, work instructions, and customer specifications.
- Verify conformance of purchased components to technical drawings and quality standards.
- Lay out, fit-up, and construct structural steel components including framing, bracing, and brackets.
- Assemble pumps, motors, gearboxes, piping, valves, and related mechanical components.
- Assemble piping and tubing systems to manufacturer and project specifications.
- Maintain accurate project documentation for completed work, testing, and inspections.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and project managers regarding progress, issues, and updates.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality expectations.
- Operate forklifts and assist with material handling as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and core values.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to support continuous improvement.
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2-4+ years of assembly, fabrication, or pipefitting experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good manual dexterity and physical ability to perform job tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Experience (Not Required):
- Forklift, crane, or rigging.
- Structural welding.
- Copper soldering.
- PVC solvent welding.
- Tube bending.
- Rotating equipment alignment.
- Basic electrical wiring knowledge.
