Competitive Pay: This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $23.00/hr. to $40.00+/hr., depending on experience and qualifications.

What You'll Do:

Servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing air compressors, desiccant dryers, and refrigerated dryers with proper tools and parts to promote efficient, factory approved methods for servicing equipment.
Provide detailed failure analysis as well as equipment/system recommendations to improve reliability and/or performance.
Completing digital work order reports detailing work performed and other required paperwork.
Projecting a positive and professional image of OTC Industrial Technologies tocustomers, vendors, and co-workers.
Excellent technical and mechanical skills.
Maintain a company issued service vehicle through HOLMAN fleet services.
All other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

Oil Flooded Rotary Screw Air Compressor Experience
Oil Free Rotary Screw Air Compressor Experience
Experience working on Atlas Copco, Quincy, Sullair, Kaeser, Ingersoll-Rand, Gardner Denver, Chicago Pneumatic, etc.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Must be coachable.
A self-starter and highly motivated person
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and organized work habits allowing unsupervised work.
A commitment to the concept of “doing it right the first time\"
Technically knowledgeable, conscientious, detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Able to confidently navigate iPhone, iPad, and laptops
Valid Driver's License, must be able to complete a drug test and background check.
Must be able to sit, stand, bend for long periods of time repeatedly.
High school diploma or GED degree

Preferred Knowledge / Skills:

Experience working on Atlas Copco, Quincy, Sullair, Kaeser, Ingersoll-Rand, Gardner Denver, Chicago Pneumatic, etc.
Oil-Flooded Rotary Screw Air Compressor experience
Oil-Free Rotary Screw Air Compressor experience
